The firm achieved certification of its IT Service Management (ITSM) approach, certified compliant by an accredited certification body against the standards developed by the International Standards Organization. Friday, April 8th Karsun celebrated the grand opening of their third Herndon, Virginia office location. Team members have already start settling into the modern office space. Soon the office will hold fifty employees. It is finished in Wink whiteboard paint and inspired employees can literally write their ideas on the walls. They can also utilize two different conference rooms for more formal meetings.

Karsun celebrated company growth and employee birthdays during this time. Co-founder and Managing Partner Sundar Vaidyanathan took the opportunity to share company updates. He announced Terry Miller as Karsun Solutions’ new Chief Operating Officer (COO).
