We pursue several innovation initiatives to prototype current and real life business challenges using cutting edge technologies. We provide opportunities and resources for our employees to participate in explorative initiatives that solve ticklish or wicked problems for customers using new methods, techniques, tools, and technologies.

Identify Areas for Innovation
At the Karsun Innovation Center, we analyze known customer problems, current industry methods, and new technology trends to identify a difficult problem and an innovative approach to attack it. We gauge the desirability of solving problems and providing innovation for our current customers and prospective customers.
Innovate with Feasibility
We establish teams of participants from employees’ stated interests and employees who are between projects. We develop a two-week agile process for different phases of the initiative, such as ideation, prototyping, and implementation.
Deliver on Operability
We develop a roadmap of different standalone innovation initiatives to develop a coherent story and trend. We allow employees to reuse work on delivery projects where there is appropriate context and benefits to the customer. We also showcase demonstrations of innovation to prospective customers.

Alliant Solutions Partner LLC with Karsun Solutions as the Managing JV Member Awarded $35 Million General Services Administration Database and Middleware Systems (DMS) Task Order
HERNDON, VA – The General Services Administration awarded Alliant Solutions Partner (ASP) the Database and Middleware Systems (DMS) Task Order under the Alliant Small Business contract vehicle. Karsun Solutions is the managing partner of this Joint Venture, and will be the only JV member executing on this contract. This is a single-award contract with a ceiling value of $35 million that spans more than five years. Under this contract, Karsun will be supporting the General Services Administration (GSA) Office of the Chief Information Officer (GSA IT) by providing IT services to manage, support, and modernize its database and application middleware server infrastructure.
